cardio self defense program give you confidence in effective self defense techniques
while relieving stress and having fun! Classes end with a nice cool down &
meditation.
Regular
program students attend 2-3x a week. Some members incorporate Kickboxing and Don
Jitsu Ryu for a diverse program and a flexible schedule. Monday to Saturday, choose
which class days are best for you!
