Cardio Kickboxing

KICKBACK! Keep fit in this muscle toning, fat burning total body workout on the bags. This cardio self defense program give you confidence in effective self defense techniques while relieving stress and having fun! Classes end with a nice cool down & meditation.

Regular program students attend 2-3x a week. Some members incorporate Kickboxing and Don Jitsu Ryu for a diverse program and a flexible schedule. Monday to Saturday, choose which class days are best for you!
